Terms and Condition 

1. Booking & Reservation:

• Reservations can be made via phone call, walk-in, or through their Facebook page.

• Guests are encouraged to confirm bookings at least 24 hours in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.

 2. Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  (Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on room availability and additional charges.)

 3. Identification:

• Valid government-issued ID (Citizenship card, Passport, Driving License) is required at check-in for all guests.

 4. Guest Policy:

• Couples must present valid identification upon request.

• Unmarried couples may be restricted depending on local norms.

• Children are allowed; extra beds may be available upon request.

5. Smoking & Pets:

• Smoking is not allowed inside non-smoking rooms. Guests are requested to use designated smoking areas.

• Pets may be allowed but must be declared in advance (subject to management approval).

 6. Room Service & Housekeeping:

• Room service is available during restaurant operating hours.

• Daily housekeeping provided; towels and linens changed upon request or every alternate day.

7. Payments:

• Payment can be made in cash or via digital wallets (if supported).

• Advance payment may be required for peak seasons or group bookings.

 8. Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund.

• No-show or same-day cancellations may be non-refundable. (Refer to specific cancellation policy for exact details.)

 9. Liability Disclaimer:

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables. Lockers may be available upon request.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
