Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the first night’s stay.

No Show

If a guest does not arrive without prior notice, the full amount of the first night will be charged and the booking will be cancelled.

Date Changes

Guests may request a change of date up to 24 hours before arrival (subject to availability) without any extra charges.

Hotel Pathibhara – Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay at Hotel Pathibhara, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed only after we receive a partial or full advance payment.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and online/mobile payments. Credit/debit card options may vary.
All rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may include extra charges.

3. Cancellation & No Show

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.
No-shows will be charged for the first night of the booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat hotel property and staff with respect.
Any damage to the room or property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
Illegal activities, including use of prohibited substances, are not allowed on hotel premises.

5. Children & Extra Beds

Children under 5 years stay free when using existing beds.
Extra beds may be provided upon request at an additional charge (subject to availability).

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed without prior approval from hotel management.

7. Loss or Theft

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables safe.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

9. Visitors / Non-Staying Guests

Visitors who are not staying overnight at the hotel are allowed in guest rooms only until 10:00 PM.
For the comfort and privacy of all guests, outside visitors must leave the premises before 10:00 PM, unless special permission is granted by hotel management.
Any visitor who wishes to stay overnight must be registered at the reception and may be subject to additional charges.
